4 200 m² pack-house with integrated cold-rooms, sorting floor, mezzanine offices and loading docks — built around an existing sorting line.
What they needed
The co-op needed to expand without missing a peak harvest. The new building had to come online in two phases to keep production running.
How we built it
Two-phase erection — the new wing alongside the existing line first, then the main floor after harvest. Custom loading dock with hydraulic platforms sized for 16 trucks per day.
What stands today
Not a single harvest day was lost. The co-op now processes 38% more volume per hour in the new space.
